1. DELIVERY

Do you offer free delivery?

Delivery is FREE for purchases above SGD19 on this website.

Do you ship internationally? 

We do not ship internationally. All orders from this site will only be shipped within Singapore. 

When will my order be delivered?

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to pick and pack each order within 2-3 business days after you place your order.

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation via e-mail with your tracking included. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

 COVID-19 Update: Due to SG government's measures against Covid-19, do expect that delivery of items may take 4-5 business days. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Are you still open during the Circuit Breaker?

Yes, we are still open and happy to serve you. Stay safe at home, and get your essentials here with us.

 How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days. 

I accidentally input the wrong address - what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible at d29@nordmasonasia.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you have clicked Checkout, your order will be processed, and you cannot make any changes or cancel it online. However, you may be able to change or cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery. Please contact us at d29@nordmasonasia.comas soon as possible after ordering and we will be able to advise you. 

 

2. RETURN

What happens if I am unhappy with the product I purchased or I changed my mind?

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction when shopping with Distrikt29. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may request to return your items and get a refund within a stipulated time from your actual date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the original packaging. Contact us immediately within 14 days of delivery. Do note that delivery costs for returns needs to be borne by the customer. Learn more here.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with 14 days from delivery of products. Please email us at d29@nordmasonasia.comand we will walk you through the exchange process.

 

3. PRODUCTS

Are your Sugar Bubble products safe?

Sugar Bubble products does not contain sulfur, alcohol, coloring agents, enzymes or preservatives. Unlike commercial detergents, we do not add chemicals (LAS, SLS, SLES etc) which can irritate children’s skin and cause dermatitis. However, as with all products, do test on a small area of skin first.

My JJOBI is faulty. Can I get it fixed?

We offer 1-year local warranty for all JJOBI products purchased here at Distrikt29. Reach out to us and we can fix it for you free of charge. However, if repair is not possible, we will get you a replacement at no extra cost, within the warranty period.

Why is Monstergim so delicious and addictive?
